Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and contracts
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration with relevant departments
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Manage, update, and resolve user-related queries on HRMS
- Assist accounting through Tally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred
- Certification or training in Tally or other accounting platforms
